Which profile does what
Round corners. R3.5 for tight corporate cards, R6 as the all-round standard, R10 for laminated and wallet cards.
A clean 6 mm hole for tags, hangers and lanyards. A 21 mm half-round notch for thumb cuts on boxes and index tabs.
A 15 mm straight slit for card slots, belt tabs and packaging inserts.
